Incidently, let me know what you think of the comic peeps, we're considering inking and colouring them in future, but it depends on how many people are following it :).

Wow, pictures of my minis in Incoming! I'm so proud! :D  :D  :D

I've printed the huge battle report and I'm saving it for some good bedtime reading tonight. Can't to see who won.  :)

Great issue as always, and thanks to all involved.

I'm reading it.  (Comics, toy soldiers and computers - what can I say:  I'm a geek.)  Inking would help but, unless you are really confident with colouring, black and white might be where to leave things - colour is easy to get wrong.  A few more pages each time would be good too...

The problem is the size of the pictures effecting the download rate...

What do people think? Are people willing to have less regular articles in exchange for more comic pages?

Or are they willing to accept a higher download size?

Let us know peeps, and we'll deliver :D.

I am, but as I have broadband at work and ADSL at home I'm kind of biased.  :;):

Question about the Pre Heresy Marine Legions article.

So when creating a force using this article I have a problem.

Page 7 says: You cannot have more multiples of any Maniples/Squadrons than the Line Maniples. For example, you cannot have more Equites Maniples than Line Maniples.

So half my force will always be line maniples.

Page8 says: For each core maniple you are allowed up to up one other maniple. For example the Ultramarines must have at least one Machina Maniple for every other Maniple in there army. You are not otherwise restricted in the composition of your legions.

So half my force will always be my core maniples.

So if I want to play the Ultras I can only have Line and Machina in my force?

Seems like there is something missing here. Based on these two restrictions I could never add, say, a Navis Squadron. The moment I do I have to have a core to balance it, but to have my machine I would now have to have two line, but then I need to add another machine and I am back out of balance.

What am I missing?
