Hi guys, ? ? Incoming! #17 has been released! Check it out here. 1. Horus Heresy - The Angelic Prophecy 2. Specialist Games release review 3. Flat Bonesinger 4. Penjakov?s Private Army - An E:A specialist formation 5. Tuffskull?s painting workshop 6. Incoming?s ?eavy Metal? page ? ? Brand new layout and btw: Tuffs article has inspired me with my own painting, well worth checking out. There is also a 10k Epic:A Battle rep in there that is pretty cool. *Hoping that the release will distract people from the EPICentre for a mo while it gets revamped.* |

Hi! Very nice background and fonts for this issue of Incoming! You know what program it was done with and how the pages were made? I'm getting as much knowledge as possible for Net Epic Gold. ![]() Primarch |

Damn, I am very impressed. It looks like I have a fight on my hands! ![]() Seriously, Doug, excellent work. The new format is so much better and really raises the issue considerably. Also, well done to the contributers this issue. I much prefer the review of new minis in this issue over the previous format, and there are some interesting articles in I17. My only comment is that it might be good to list the contributers somewhere, either on the contents page or with the article. I would also like to know what you used to format the mag. |

Great stuff as usual from all involved! Doug - when's the deadline for the next issue? I'll try to get another modelling / Painting article together for it & make TuffSkull's workshop a regular feature if you want. I figure since you used the version of that painting article which still had the self- introduction, it would seem strange for it to be a stand alone article with no follow up when most people already know me ![]() Let me know & I'll put something together. |

It is bi-monthly, so we have until 15th of June to get articles ready ![]() Note to self: Start on fiction early, fiction written around May will be awful due to alcohol abuse and passing it out on kerbs. Oh and hopefully excessive EpicA gaming! |

Hi All, I am glad you like it, as for the answers to questions here goes: Primarch: the program is Publisher 2003 from office 2003. There is loads of stuff which I play around with to get the best look. It has turned out to be quite a program. Oh and by the way, publisher 2000 wont read anything *.pub from publisher 2003 although publisher XP will. Cybershadow: The credits will be changed, at the moment I only have them within the editorial itself. As for the previous review on the new models compared to Issue 16 that was mainly my fault as I hadnt the time to do it properly due to a late pullout on another article which caught me by surprise so I wont make that mistake again. I will be following that up in the next issue with the other models that have been released. Cybershadow, after seeing your cool first warp rift you didnt think I would ignored it did you ![]() ![]() Paul: The deadline is normally 15th June and bi monthly. Personally I prefer that the articles are at least 3-4 days before the deadline, with me so I can format them. It took most of a day to format and change things to how I liked them, which as you can see makes a big difference. It shouldnt take that long for the next issue as I have most of the designs. It would be great if you could send the next article to me !! That would be great! |

I must say I like the new looks of incoming, par few _very_ minor bugs: 1. The middle part of the background is a little too dark, sometimes it makes text over it difficult to read. 2. The "handscript" font (forgot the actual name) is not really readable. Maybe you should use something better visible... Can I advise Civic or Exocet? Overall, in terms of content the new Incoming! made a very good impression on me. Keep up the good work. |
