I think the valkyies are great ideas for dropships, just like the thunderhawks. They really do give the thunderhawks a run for their money. Cant wait til they are out.
Chaos squats, I havent seen them in a while. only painted up 50 of them in khorne colours, anyone do them in different colours to follow other chaos powers?
I liked the old assault IG troops, another set of figs I must paint at some point. What is their equivalent in 40k? or is there one?

I did. I have several detachments painted in each of the four chaos powers colors.

The Stormtroopers are the closest equivalent today's IG has got. But no jump packs. No sirree. Not a chance.

Thanks L4! But I think JJ is but a minion at the Ministry of Double Think- BB is much higher up!
The ones I have put togther are the choas and IG ones mixed up- gives them more ill-disciplined warband look that I think fits the beatsies well...

Oh, ... and Tas, I'll check and see if I have any extra Beastmen. But all mine are with my Forces of Chaos. My IG would not put up with their endless braying and poor personal hygiene habits ... my God, they were worse than Klingons !
