For all those people without armies - or who have armies in storage and need a quick and easy way to play until GW UK sells EPIC again.
The counters are at http://www.netepic.org/INCOMING/html/index.php just go to the downloads section and click on 'Proxies' note only the marines are there at the mo - I will keep you updated as others get added.

Starting linking to the next batch now, TheFifthHorseman did loads of them, if there are any races not covered, I could have a go... but his art skills are much better than mine.
What armies do you want next?

Well, I did not do loads of them. Just a few Marines and a couple of Necrons. Oh, and Netepic, my art skills are close to zero. I can't draw a 5mm long straight line without a ruler! Really, all proxies should be done at a zoom of 400-600%, then you can do pretty much anything. The combo that serves me best is Paintbrush + MS Photo Editor (useful for rotating things).
All the credit for the vehicle proxies should go to Wormbo 87, I just did minor tweaking and added few extra details.
I am quite surprised to see the SoB list v 1.3 and the SM& SoB proxies I did in the EpiCentre downloads section... When someone is using the work I did, I expect to be notified of this. And when the proxies themselves have no mark of their author on them, it would be just in good taste to give credit on who did them. No offence.

We did discuss this before upload in an email conv over the last few weeks.
Credit was given from the start, if you click on the details link it brings up the details for the file including the authors name which is where your name is. If you would prefer a different nick to The Fifth Horseman then please let me know. I will modify the vehicles author to Wormbo 87 ASAP as requested.
BTW: The proxies are very good - especially when dealing with pictures of that scale, I did a fair few 6mm graphics when I wrote the EPIC scale computer game for EOTS and these are FAR superior.
I never steal peoples work and pass it off as my own or link to it without permission, it is one of the golden rules of being a webmaster - if you want the links removed, just let me know and I will take them down ASAP.

I'm sure this is all just a simple missunderstanding. Tom would never do anything to harm his reputation as one of the best Epic webmasters around. He has aided in making the Epic Community stronger and has helped me to set up the improved De'Aynes gallery. He would never do anything like this to get on the wrong side of you, it is a simple mistake.
Cheers
Chris

Hi!
Fifth Horseman, the details mentioned the credits regarding this from the getgo. Honest mistake, I confess I gloss over such things when viewing documents to later have pointed to me that the "missing" information was there all the time.
Also, those of us who work on Net Epic and related projects are HIGHLY in tune with copyright and adjudicating "credit".
No worries though, the important thing is the participation and sharing of ideas with a big "hip-hip-hooray" for the contributors and Tom for making it available.

I have not noticed the credit given in the details. And I have just said, that if you want to upload any stuf I did you can do it. Just please inform me when you do so.
Oh, and you overrate my work. "if there are any races not yet covered"... I have not yet managed to cover the Necrons and Space Marines fully. Currently I'm working on doing some better Sisters of Battle and their vehicles.

Sorry again. I have really missed that the info about author was included in the Details.
But there is another problem of you giving me credit for work that is not mine - all the IG proxies are also the work of Wormbo87.

I'm uncertain, who is the real author of the Land Raider proxy... Wormbo has converted the proxy from the PDF file you can get in the EA Vault to a Bmp and re-painted it in Blood Angels colours, and I have, using that as a base, changed it to resemble the current Land Raider. Maybe I have overhauled the length of the vehicle, tho. The three Authors would be: Fanatic - makers of the original proxy Wormbo - converted it to a Bmp TFH - modified it to the new Land Raider.
