So I'll try to write some stuff... today my PC is going to be transported, but I have a Wh40k tournament on Monday, and thus nothing can be done until then.

Question: does incoming accept background? I am not into rules or anyting "down the battleground" when it comes to epic in any of its variants, but I am a background jeek  so I suppose I could work for something around the palan sector or the Black Griffons chapter. Not for this issue but for future ones once I finish my dissertation!

I think so. Background is accepted, but moreso is some well-written fiction...
