Here's the first WIP shot from the Xenomite range - The Stracnid: The Legion models will still be available in a classics line, but need an updated look (they were my first models ever) to be brought up to my current standards. The launch line will include: Xenomite Stracnid - (main bio-infantry) Xenomite Vicinid - (Fast Assault bio-infantry) Xenomite Voranid - (Elite Assault bio-infantry) Xenomite Avinid - (Flying bio-infantry) Xenomite Archanid - (Commander bio-infantry) Xenomite Mantifex - (Assault Lesser Bio-Beast) Xenomite Scarathrax - (Transport Bio-Beast) Xenomite Scorpithrax - (Assault Bio-Beast) Xenomite Ballistithrax - (Cannon Bio-Beast) Xenomite Ovithrax - (Artillery Bio-Beast) Thoughts? |

Interesting! I suppose that you will concentrate on filling the holes in the line first and then (maybe) update the human hybridy stuff? There is something about those hindlegs that bothers me. They don't look fast. Also the head is very nice, but maybe slightly too big? |

Thanks for the feedback, The Legs on the assault critters will be more grasshopper like to indicate speed and jumping - and I wan the heads on these guys a bit larger to get a cute yet vicious look to them. There will be new hybrids yes, after I get this first chunk of bugs worked out. |

Amazing stuff! Will have to warn people to grab their Tyranid proxies if the range is changing to these delightful beats though |

Covertwalrus wrote: Will have to warn people to grab their Tyranid proxies if the range is changing to these delightful beats though No need - any unit that gets updated, not matter the range, will go into the "classics" portion of the store. I won't screw loyal fans by making their units disappear if they want more of what they have. |

Good fan service there. Just to clarify, are these a new faction from the Legion or a completely reinvigorated Legion model line? |
