So the next wave will include a few fliers - one of which will be the largest model that I have produced so far - the Yamato Super Heavy Lander. Note - the image below shows the very very first steps of the modeling process. At this point I'm only hashing out the overall size of the model and basic shapes. Nothing shown will actually be part of the model. But I wanted to show just how big this model will be:

Its going to take a considerable amount of time to finish - but should be a fun challenge and will ultimately make for a cool model :)

Cost is an issue, but so is its ability to mount to a flying base without breaking it or tipping over.
