@Mattman, Yeah I was working off company/battalion/chapter/legion assets and I thought space marines in termites would be cool.
Going to have a go at the tank companies tonight see what I can rustle up.

is anybody else interested in trying them out just want to see if they are balanced or if they need a points hike or reduction. I mostly use a gut feeling points system. As I said previously the Tank, Heavy Tank , and Super Heavy Tank formations will be up next pending the next list of jobs from the wife.

You could always use the Points Formula to assign values to things. If you need help with that, just let me know.

Updated Space Marine Coy to v2.3 now includes Veterans and points changes (Thanks Magnus, I hope I got the right ones), any mistakes from those that download it see please let me know, it is hugely appreciated.

My first question is: what does "Coy" mean? There are times when it seems to mean "Company", but you usually just spell out "Company", so I don't understand why it would abbreviated in some places but not others.

Second, some of the values look good, but others do not. Have you just copied values from one of my charts intact, or did you run the model values through modifiers for Morale, Break Point, & Formation type? If you did the former, then the values are wrong, except where the formation is identical to that in NetEpic Gold.

Overall, that looks quite good. One other nit-pick. The limit for Support Formations per Company Formation is five. Not five from this list, two from this list, and one from here. Just five. Unless Platinum is changing that, of course, but I have not yet heard anything to that effect.

Almost forgot one. In NetEpic Gold, transports DO count toward Break Point for all Company and Support Formations. Special formations vary, some do and some don't. Is this an intentional change or an oversight?

Thanks for posting and your points.

Coy is Company, Military abbreviation that keeps slipping in when I'm excited about writing or tired I Shall keep it in mind.

Again I believe tiredness is to blame and a little laziness :whistle I found your post on values clapped my hands, shouted cracked it! and blindly copied each value as written. I took the value of a Tactical stand 35 on the list multiplied it by 8 for the Tactical Detachment added 2 flamer stands and used that as the Point value. guess there was more to do.

I am happy with the NetEpic structure of units with support and special formations. as I have written I was working with Mattman, but we are waiting for rules to be complete or a bit further along. this is a separate system of selection I was playing with. I thought it would be cool to limit a Company to items that it may find easy to get and some it would find harder. In Horus Heresy Book 1 it has a page showing Company assets, Battalion assets and Chapter assets. I therefore reasoned that if I allowed a Tactical Company five Company Support slots, two Battalion Support Slots and one rare or one off slot, it would reflect the equipment that would be available to a standard vanilla Legion Tactical Company. Hope that explains the madness behind what I'm trying.

Vehicles break point my bad :{[] total oversight I thought I had read it somewhere , clearly I hadn't thank you for the correction. really should read my rule book more instead of using my memory. thanks again

Could you be more specific about the units that are priced wrong I have a feeling I know some of them but could use your help to correct them.

Thank Moredakka as Magnus has pointed out there is some points issues to be solved I'm feeling a final version after V23000.1 at the minute.
