Hi,

I'm planning on a Warmonger titan (I have a spare Imperator Titan and some bitz to build it) and I'm asking myself on missiles choices.

From Netepic Optionnal Rules, I have read that i can choose 8  missiles from standard titan list, does it mean that i can choose vortex missiles in addition to harpoon , warp and barrage missile ?

If Vortex missiles can be taken, as a vortex can only be launched if titan is on First Fire Order, does this rule also apply to the oversized Warmonger - if plasma counters have been set to fire in first fire - ?

Thanks,

Vincent

I'd say the answer would be yes to both.

I would have thought the intent may have been any of the 3 types you could put on a Deathstrike launcher, but it doesn't read that way.  Having said that I can't see any reason why you couldn't take a Vortex.  Normal rules for it should apply though, so yes to the later.

Thanks for you replies.

I agree with you that by reading the codex, there's no reason for not choosing vortex missiles (and their first fire restriction).

Maybe a little thing to add to the Gold Adeptitus Mechanicus Codex to clarify this point.

Hi!

I see nothing wrong with your interpretation.

Its a good idea to clarify it further.

Do I need to put this comments on Warmonger missiles in Adeptus Mecanicus Errata Thread ?
