Some small clarifications.
AFAIK Hrudd don't have a list yet. Nor do Witch Hunters.
Dark Eldar don't have an official list; a trial list has been published.
Necron list does exist but the background is different from GW's Necrons. Will perhaps have a name change to Slanndroids in the near future.
Then there are not-so-serious unofficial armylists for Alpha Complex and Smurfs.
Also an unofficial Ogre armybook exists.

If you're speaking "official" armies, I think you have it covered. For "unofficial" armies, I think there is a list for an undead army in an issue of Incoming!

So, based on what I know, I think you have it mostly covered.
Just curious, does NetEpic need to cover every army from GW/40k as well as our "just for fun" armies like the Slann?

Hi!
The Hrudd dont exist yet, but space undead do (some fan based list floating somewhere). Necrons as per GW dont exist, they are part of the slann.
Dark Eldar are in the 5.0 book so they "exist" as well as the "exodites eldar".

I agree with you.
We do add FW models to EXSISTING army lists, but dont make up new ones.
I'm not too keen on the GW Necrons (especially with no models) either.

I'm not too keen on the GW Necrons (especially with no models) either.

I don't like the Necron fluff either; the star gods are not that great idea.
Plus it makes them a bit too serious threat. I mean just HOW many "new threats" can the Imperium survive? I know logic and GW don't mix but it still irks me. I want to see the Imperium kick some butt!

The war should wax and wane for the Imperium - if they are constantly reeling from major assaults then they will fall, they need to take planets as well as lose them, inflict crippling losses on the enemy as well as suffer them... etc... then you have a status quo.

Isnt that happening in the Sabbat Worlds Crusade in the Gaunts Ghosts series?
They are assaulting and retaking a large area that was corrupted by the Forces of Chaos
