We don't need their sort. This is the kind of thing that turned me off to general chat. The random knobs popping up saying childish things. Random sexual references or cursing.

The other guy was called sad_geeks. He started a topic called sad_geeks. It wasn't gonna be hard to tell it was going to be a bogus post.
They all registered pretty much at the same time. I wouldn't be surprised if they either were the same person, or knew each other.

I know what you mean. It was wierd too, as I had sent a PM to Cyber about 10mins before these idiots posted stating how well the new forums were going, and how there was a real good bunch of guys on here. These spammers must have phsychic powers.

I don't want you to give secrets away but, are the IPs banned or just their names? Can they join up again and start causing trouble? I know IPs can be masked but, that takes some doing.

Thats a question for Cyber. I only see the number things (I dont know anything about computers) if they post on the forum I'm a mod of. And they didn't post on the general wargames board. I cant ban members anyway I dont think, and I dont want that sort of power either.
