This is a birds eye view of the battlefield.

Hi! Here are some more.  This presents one of the two "obstacles" for the orks to surmount. First you pass a deadly minefield, then traverse the razorwire all the while being blasted by nastydefenders in the bunker!  This is the second defensive bastion. Notice the Objective between the bunkers. This is a command center the orks need to take out. Primarch |

Hi! and some more....  This is a close up of the Squat stronghold. the narrow entry is protected by minefields, razorwire and a long trench line. All in the shadow of the massive fort walls.  Its a layered defense. Even if you break through to the get, there is a another defensive line behind. The Squat inner sanctum is well protected! Primarch |

Hi! The last one for today (more tomorrow).  The attackers need not worry only about physical defenses, but of forts with mighty weapons as well! I mighty Imperator gatling cannon with dealy 180 degree arc oversees the hill above the fortress walls. woe to the gargant who strays into its line of site!  Mighty anti-air missiles keep theskies friendly for the Squats!  The squat hearth home, how many greenskins will make it? Only Gork knows! Primarch |

Absolutely Excellent ! The Squats must have learn defense-in-depth from the Russians !!! Many Orks will die to beach those fortifications  ... They better bring lots of Gargants, Bommas, Boyz, Battlewagons etc. And that's still no guarantee. Maybe they should pick on some pansy Eldar ?

Hi! The Orks will bring Bigmobs of gargants and they will be fully mechanized with battlewagons under cover of dragsta shields to be able to withstand the withering fire. We'll see. Primarch |

Hi! ..and more...  Close up of the landmine field. Many ork deathrollas will die attempting to erradicate them!  The mighty walls of the squat stronghold, meters of rockcrete and adamantium!  The grand gates are the weakest point in the fortress, no doubt the target of the Ork gargant's ball rounds! Primarch |

Did you scratch build most of the structures ? They are all very well done and capture the Squat theme. A lot of dead Orks are going to litter the battlefield ...

Hi! More pics....  Dragon's teeth bar the way if the enemy gets through the the gates.  These are makeshift barricades. Not as good as trenches but better than laying in open ground! Primarch |
