I don't play your version so can't help with the rules but it's not Emperor class incidentally, an Emperor class would be way bigger.

On first edition it was Warlord class. You can see him on a few parts of the box and rulebook. Any heavily armed Warlord should fit this guy well.

I'm not familiar with a "Warmaster". That must be something new. "Warbringer" sounds vaguely familiar, as it might have been a subclass of Warlord in 1st edition Epic.

There are 2nd edition / NetEpic Gold rules for the prototyped but never produced Imperator variant here on the forums, though I do not recall the thread offhand. Poke around and see if you can find them.

It was the Warmonger that was posted here. In the 'NetEpic Gold' subforum, on page 2, at the end of the page.

duz.holger, the warmaster isn't an emperor. It sits between warlord and emperor. however it'd make a dandy counts-as model (provided you were otherwise using the modern models for knights and titans) wouldn't it? Seems an easy substitute [shrugs]

yeah those are not the same as what you're referring to. This is one of the two new titan classes added to the background and modern games in the last 18 months.
