I've seen alover the forum about updates for the rules but I've not figured out where to download the most recent versions I've got the gold versions from the website.

I got the hint there were more upto date list than this?

My understanding is that Net Epic Gold are the latest updates - that said, there is an ongoing project to update Gold which is probably what you are looking for. I don't know what the timescale for those updates is likely to be. Primarch may be able to help...

I'm sure someone linked me to some work in progress documents and of course like an Idiot I forgot to bookmark them. The forums for each race don't have any trial documents and I've found some interesting proxys and I want to know if there are stats for them.

You might be thinking of some of the army cards and data sheets that were posted? A lot of those were just new summaries or cards for the current Net Epic Gold rules. As far as I can recall, no new rules have been posted as attachments. There are just various discussions taking place in threads.

We have had lots of discussions, but have yet to pull together all the info for each army into an update/errata document. They will come at some point (I am supposed to be doing the marine one at least ). Though feel free to try any of the adjusted points/rules in the various discussion topics and let us know how you go.

After that, there is a big plan to do a major overhaul (tentatively called Platinum), but that will be a long time coming. I say major, but most of the game should stay the same, we are just considering a more flexible way to construct armies and hopefully will fix a few balance issues.

Yeah I was just looking for rules for some new units I'd found it doesn't matter theres enough main book stuff to keep me going painting for years lol.

That is another thing we will be addressing in Platinum, we plan on having rules for as many units as possible, then it will be up to the players to decide on what they want to use. Obviously some will not have models, but that gives people some incentive to convert or scratch build.

What units? Perhaps if you said specifically what you had seen before we could point you in the right direction.
