With the home stretch in view, I wanted to make a "shout out" to some of our great contributors.

Zap and Scream. I remember some e-mails with rules clarifications that were sent back and forth. Since my last laptop died, I will need those either sent to me or Christian (WMN).

Also whomever was getting the last erratas done, like slann/necrons, Tau and adeptus mechanicus, let me know the status.

To clarify: I got Scream's errata files for the following books:

Marines
Imperial Guard
Adeptus Mechanicus
Orks
Chaos
Eldar
Squats
Tyranids

What I haven't got is final errata for:

Tau
Adeptus Ministorum
Slann/Necrons

(I found some sporadic errata for Slann/Necrons and Tau, but I am not sure if those were the result of a final proofreading or just things noticed at first glance)

The errata from the files I got has been implemented. However they also contain sections with calls for rewording and/or clarification. There's also some cases of missing stuff that someone rules-savvy need to do a final ruling on (such as the case of Doomdrivers vs. Super Heavies), Doomweavers and Gutbuster cannons vs. Bio titans, etc.

Some are minor fixes, and some things may not need to be fixed at all, while others could potentially open up a larger discussion, and thus may need to be moved to the optional rules document, so we can finalize the gold documents once and for all.

Can do. My only concern with uploading a book with most of the implemented errata is that people get it confused with the older version of the document when discussing final changes.

Sure Just had that issue with some of the early books. It got really confusing when people were suggesting errata to stuff that had already been fixed - especially when those changes were different than the ones suggested earlier

Hi Peter and WMN,

I have all the mails about the discussion we had on some wording/clarifications about various factions. Unfortunately, it's in the form of email exchange and if I copy/paste all the text, it will be very hard to understand/read. I've created a pdf about the whole conversation and I'll email it today to Peter.

Only one discussed point is not in the pdf, it's about the SoB Rhino Company that is totally unbalanced and Peter suggested to simply remove the card. But in this case, it would be interesting to give a Command Rhino to infantry company Command stand.

Ork DoomDrivers vs. Super Heavies
-> I say: add the superheavy case in the "Really Big Thing" entry, this would give "Really Big Thing (eg superheavy, knights and bigger)"

-> Gutbusters vs. Bio titans

->add One peregrine to the detachment, this would increase card cost to 300 points and VP 3

->none are skimmer, only bloodthirster and Lord of Change are skimmer

-> Yes, remove the "and their cost" to have:
"Due to their distinct unit structure, the number of pods used differs from those of the other Marines. All other rules pertaining to Drop Pods remain."

Excellent. I'll implement it along with Primarchs final errata, so hopefully everything is ready next week

In the mean time, here's all the latest versions of the books, so to avoid any confusion, any future discussion should be based of these, and not any copies found on your harddrive
