Has there been a final decision about the cost/stats of landraiders? I feel this had been discussed so much.

Apparently if we changed the price on these then we would be forced by the laws of nature to re-price everything. Eventually this would rip a hole in time and space and we would all end up watching daytime TV in our boxers while eating coco-pops... for some reason.

Well that's what I had heard. Sorry I can't be any better help P/man.

Last discussion ended with reducing Land Raider company cost down to 700 points :) This was on page 4 of the topic called "Space Marine Armour sold off? Stolen?" and approved by Primarch :)

700 points sound good for me. This is already corrected in army book? what about the detachments? still keeps 250 points or reduce to 225?

As far as I remember, detachment cost is still 250 points, discount is only for the company. Cost reduction has not been applied in the Adeptus Astartes pre-gold Codex.

So you should always tend to take a company. Otherwise you have a bad degree, because you gave away too many points and one land raider less. no good deal, but it is ok.

when to change the rules so that the company officially costs 700 points?

I think this point has been caught in the Adeptus Astartes Gold topic and WMN will correct it.

ah, now I know what you meant. But this link is indeed practically out of date, because already a lot of mistakes were found. not really playable in my view.

Which errors for example? The link was updated a month and a half ago following a round of proof reading. No new errors have been brought to my attention since then.
