I find it extremely weird that the Adeptus Militaris doesnt have Commissar Special card while the Planetary defence force have them, is this be design or has the commissar specialcard just been lost somewhere??? // Malleus |

Militaris companies get Commissars automatically, PDF do not. If you want Commissars for the PDF you have to burn special slots to get them. |

yes, but I might want to burn special cards on extra commissars for militaris too. seems wrong that you cant have many if you want |

I include ONE free Commissar in every PDF/Militia army that takes up NO slot. The rest you have to buy at the listed cost as a special card. You can buy Cadets for the Free Commissar though, but they just hang about the Commissar looking surly, full of teenage angst as a spotty bodyguard, (+50 points, 4x stands, IG Assault stand stats, enemy can't target the Commissar unless they have the sniper ability). |

I just wanted to buy 2 extras as I didnt have anything extras I needed specialcards for and that would have given me a bit of redundency and more mobility |
