Post subject:  question to fall back

following situation:

first round:

in the combat phase a land raider detachment lose two models and is broken. you have to make a moral test immediately and if not pass, put a fall back counter besides, the land raider has to move double his rate towerd his own line or cover immediatly. in the end phase of round 1 you can try to really the land raider, but if he will not pass this second time, he routs from table? or will this only be if he stands a whole turn on fall back??? i am a bit confused! perhabs you can explain it by using a simple example?????

You don't test moral before the end phase, and you don't move before the compulsory movement phase of the next turn.
The unit tries to rally during any end phase of next turns, so it makes at least a rout movement.
The unit is not removedif it fails rally check, only a failed moral check (chaos power, CC, ...) while on Fall Back order will remove it.

thanks ulmo...now it is seems to be clear...i think we have always played it a wrong way...but honest...a broken unit or better the lttle rtof it was no more interesting for us in game, because none of us was interested in shooting broken units because the victory points were still received... :glare:

that is the reason why we have not care about units on fall back orders...
