(Figtha-)Bomba being MK unit
As they are not needed to build an efficient army, I don't care they stay a rare unit.
I like your special card, except the fact there are 2 F-B mobz (even the KoS just merged its two warbuggy squad into one).

Blasta-Bomba sounds good once I have admit orks can have flyers ;)
