Holy crap!! That is some major defences to try to break. It looks pretty impregnable. Makes Helms Deep look like an open door.

Hi!
All depends on the tools for the job. The orks come with gargants and their ball rounds, deathrolla armed vehicles.
All of which are capable of removing certain obstacles.
No doubt it will be a blood bath.
Remeber, there's about 2-3 times more orks than squats, points wise, more so in actual terms of models.
It will be interesting.
