The Saim-Hann Wind Riders are already 650......?? Perhaps we should make Saim-Hann 100% only (no allies) as the other Eldar don't trust them, and with the company restrictions like the Knights (must take 1 Defender or Guardian for every Wind Rider or the like).
The Revenants are fine at 400 IMO.
