i have a scenerio its called mega wars and its from the journals its rather cool and you can use it simply for netepic and w40k intermixed sounds fun the give me a heads up and i will transscripe it for you but there is a but it takes a lot of preperation i am using up all my time geting the landscape ready if somebudy is mad enuf to play with me

Thanks Duz!  I got my hands on some stuff including the battles book and mega wars thing though the quality is a little poor.

More useful then transcribed, might be reworded for NetEpic, maybe starting from the original.  Might have to dig-up a character reading program.

Anyway, I've barely looked at it yet- looks like it may be a bit in-depth for me, but it probably can be cut down (I certainly don't want 40k depth! :p )

Are they usable for NetEpic do you know?

Zap: scenrios usually are unbalacced, the different objectives are more a component to make scenarios from.. and as such very good.  But I'm not good at making scenarios myself, and really it would just be nice to have a few pre-made ones- mujch faster and less hassle.

Maybe someone will get inspired and write some up sometime.

In the mean time all the help is much appreciated (especially Scream- working from the shadows  )

Yes Loof, they can be easily be used in any Epic or even 6mmSF system where units have point levels ... :D

There was a kinda cool scenario where you used the Space Hulk tiles as the board....we tried it once way back....don't know where the rules came from though.

Loof - yeah, scenarios are inherently unbalanced.  Generally difficult to balance without tons of testing, and I dunno whether the stuff in WD172 got thrashed out that much.  Mark Watts always seemed the most competent Epic player of the GW staffers though, so I held them in far more regard than some of the tripe served up by Thorpe et al. :D

That was a good thing about the AT1/SM1 Random scenario/mission generation system. We've used it for years and found no problems with it ...                         And we used Space Hulk tiles to play a game called "WARMASTER". It was in an old W/D and was a "board" game included in the issue. About the Assualt on Horus's Battle Barge, during the Heresy.  But we very easily converted it to Epic. It was fun but unbalanced based on the forces brought on by die roll ... :D
