multi wound super heavyes?

if you have a super heavy with multi wounds (eg tyrnid things ) do you roll on the superheavy tabe and then aply a  wound only if it is a 5/6 and if so how do you aply the 2-4 rolls are they neglated after every 5/6 or are they a perment fixtur (making it a 2-6 to wound the second time) or do you not  roll on the superheavy table for multi wound creatures?

Already discussed many times, the tyranids don't roll on the SuperHeavy table. It seems that this should be stated in their army book.
