Hi! I think that's better to beging with the backgrund then we will add all army list that we can imagine, for example I take a system in the gold age and in this sytem a military IA researchs fails and the technocore born...now in 40000 the technocore has been evolved in a IA society that lives in the "plank space" and teleport troops to the planets to take resources to his main project , the maximun mind. I take this army from the novel Hyperion.
The universe is infinite I don't want to fight ever again orks eldars or chaos!!!!
I think that the army list is a engine the real play is in the background.
