Hey All, I am in the process of painting up some Landsknecht Doppelsoldners. It seem that these models might have armoured plates on the legs?, or am I just imagining that? (BTW, outwith my blindness, there actually really good models, halfway through painting up a quite late army) Regards. |

I think one of the nice things about this scale, is that you can sort of paint them however you want and it will still look fine. I was thinking maybe they were just supposed to be baggy, frilly pants, butt hey can also pass as armored. |

I'm painting some of these myself, and it looks like they just-about all have plate faulds (around the hips/upper thighs) and some have armoured greaves on the lower legs. Some look to have armoured gauntlets as well BTW (all have fabulous hats). |
