Can anyone say how the Lizardmen would look next to Warmaster? Especially, how would they look next to the "small" Warmaster pieces in Battle of the Five Armies? Related: How many lizardmen with spears make one rank on a 40mm-wide base? |

I would say 5 comfortably, maybe 6 if they want to get cozy. I plan on doing 15 per warmaster base. I have been painting up a ton of spearmen, I will see if I can't finish a stand and post it up so you can see it. |

Funny that you ask this question. I just bought a Microworld Lizardman army, and decided that there were a couple WarHamster minis that I wanted to use in it. To that end, I bought GW WarMaster Skinks to introduce into my army, figuring I could use them as a different type of lizard. Now, remember that Skinks are supposed to be small in the WarMaster universe. Comparing them to Microworld 6mm, they are a little taller and quite a bit chunkier. On a scale of Perfect----Good-----Fair------Poor, they will blend Good to Fair IMO. They could be used as a beefier type of lizard for 6mm. They do stand out as a bit chunkier or beefier for sure. We were going to base our guys 20 to a 40x40.....5 across the front row, 4 columns deep for a standard rank. That also works well with how they are sold, standard infantry coming 60 to a pack. |
