Yes, when you need to travel around on a new colony world and you don’t have the time to make a permanent road the traditional way, make a temporary road instead! Besides permanent roads are so expensive and so last century… ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() They are available to pre-order now and can be bought as resin or rubber versions. The images are of the rubber ones which do unfortunately have some air bubbles in them, the resin ones are much neater. But then, just goes to show that even in the future we are to be plagued by pot-holes! So, why take the highway when you can take the Hexway© |

yeah that would be very handy. international shipping estimations would be nice and of course I think any road system is a shopping fail when you dont also provide a "box" starter set. |

Sizes are on the site you buy them from, already done. ![]() Estimations on how many? 10, 30, 100, airmail, surface mail? India, France, USA, Australia? Insured, not insured? etc... ![]() I may do just that when they are ready for general release. Good call. ![]() |

Yeah I'm going to go gonzo on an order if it's a good package deal and the s&h isn't over the top (understandably that last bit has nothing to do with you, mate) |

Gonzo? Postage outside the EU is done at cost, give or take a few pence. In some cases being outside the EU can get you a better deal on S&H, just don't tell the locals! ![]() |

Somebody asked if they are compatible with each other; the rubber and the resin. Yes, yes they are: ![]() |

There will be more, curved sections will be harder so will take longer to do. A simple corner next and then a bigger BUA piece. For shorter straights just take some scissors to a rubber one. ![]() ![]() |

UPDATE The rubber roads are proving very difficult to make. Only about 1 in 5 are curing properly. I thought I had the problem solved but alas it seems not. As such, I have removed rubber options for the roads from the website. For those that have placed rubber roads on order, you will get them. All orders will be going out next week as I have managed to get enough together for the pre-orders on the rubber. Bit of a shame but still. However coming up (in resin) Will be some big BUA in Hexway. Here is the master model for the BUA. As you can see it is just big enough to fit in the OKI compound with a 1mm gap around the edge. ![]() ![]() After all the OKI Corporation don't want you getting your shoes muddy. ![]() |

I have to ask, how wide did you think they were? The sizes are on the site.. Were they not clear? ![]() No plans for double width ones though. |
