Yep... another one of these! I have the IG codex and thought that I would put together a small list... just in case I end up getting any Imperial Guard figures.
A few notes. My Rough Riders are actually going to be IG bikers. The force represents a regiment which make their way to the battlefield under cover and lie in wait for days or weeks before the enemy arrive. The small veteran squad is really to use up points. I like to see a proper IG force with lots of bodies, and I am not a fan of tanks at this scale.
Any comments about the list are welcomed... including anything that I have got wrong, and how you think it will perform on a 40K table.

I have always like the bikes as RRs better then the Horses. Glad to see I am not alone here.
As for the list, my first pass was quick, but it looked good to me based on your assumptions given.
I will look at it more tonight. (It is lunch time here and kids need to be fed or they go crazy.  )
