http://www.games-workshop.com/en-WW/Space-Hulk Say what you want about the company itself (my general sentiments are outlined in my signature) but Space Hulk was probably in the top 5 most entertaining and challenging games I've ever played. The 2009 limited edition was a great product with fantastic minis and a very good quality of production, no small part due in fact that it was pretty much the original game with a close combat equivalent to overwatch added. Good bad or other, those that missed out on the 09 limited release can get another crack at it with an updated version with 4 new missions and some additional tiles. I'll be passing as I've got the prior release but for someone that didn't want to pay 3-4 hundred for a mint copy from stupid-bay, this is doable if it's your thing. |

Ha. Knowing this was coming I checked evilbay yesterday - several "mint" editions for £250+ I guess they'll be revising their prices ! ;-) |

yeah nice to see the gougers taking it on the chin  My general feeling is that GW is, again, being idiots and not just making that game a regular thing. In addition, the expansion possibilities to coincide with their big faction releases (e.g. Space Wolves) have good tie in with some of the campaigns they released previously. |

Couldn't agree more. They keep on re-releasing - duh - people like it. It's got to be an easy win for them. Alongside bloodbowl, this is what got me into the whole hobby. |

If I reckon correctly, the same as the number of preorders  All goofing aside, I'm sure they'll go with aluminum moulds again which have a life of IIRC 10k runs. So somewhere less than that and probably at least 1000 to make it worthwhile (the fact they've sunk mad money into their internal plastics production capabilities would make this even cheaper I expect. Someone like Ben or Tom could explain more I expect) |

Scroll to the bottom of the spacehulk preorder page - downloads there. Though a friend has noticed the weasel-words "for use with the 2014" version of space hulk. Would I put it past gw to include the one new board piece in every mission... No I would not! :-) Nothing that can't be fixed with a printer and some card though. |

Or make your own tile like these when they go for general availability  http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/181 ... s?ref=live Since the missions are iBooks only they're right off the table for me. Curious how long before they end up on Free Game Manuals or the like? |
