And no, I don't mean Idol of Gork or his buddies. I mean the ancients for 2nd edition WHFB. Like Terror of Lichemaster and Tragedy of McDeath.

I had 'Blood Bath at Ork's Drift' and 'Terror of the Lichemaster'. Sadly my finances in no way stretched to getting all the prescribed models for each. I seem to recall at least one button badge was involved in these sets somewhere. Hasn't Warhammer came a long way? I do think it's much better than the 2nd edition box set I started with but it has lost some of that quirky 'roleplaying' vibe it had, which I think most closely came back with Mordheim.
My first Warhammer purchase was a Citadel Journal from the early 80's with a scenario involving Dwarfs breaking into a Slann temple, complete with stealable Bolt Guns etc.

Ah! I thought I would have to say "Old? I got old, and that aint Idol..."!
Do I want to part from them? Not sure at all. And if so at £20ea? No, not at £20, they are a fair bit more dear to me than that.
