I've noted your friend's change of address. Ta.

And the order my other friend has been waiting 3 months for (which included items for me) ?

We understand you believe one package was sent but nothing was ever received. Another was due to be sent to my address about a month ago but again no sign. Replies to our messages (which was promised last weekend) would be appreciated as you are obviously (from your above post) receiving them.

Your second resend box has been delayed by our packers vacation, which is now over.

Thanks.

We have a local tournament in 2 weeks and I know my friend has designed his list around this order. He's a famously quick painter but even he needs some time! :-)

Ok, this is beyond a joke now.

On Tuesday first friend asked for a refund. As of yet there has been no response.

This is :

4 months from our initial order.

8 weeks from our initial contact with you to say nothing had arrived (which we had only really postponed as we heard you'd had a baby via rumors on Taccoms.) You cited it was probably lost in the post and would resend to my address instead as we knew you had sent several orders here successfully before.

6 weeks from when i contacted you (via taccoms as no response on email) to which you said packers were on holiday for a week and would check status after.

3 weeks from when, with again no response via email or PM i post publicly here and are told to "hope" for dispatch the following Sunday.

I think we have been more than reasonable.

My other friend has also asked for a refund one month after his order. In light of our experiences he wisely wished to make use of PayPal's dispute system. His only response was a terse "Your order has already been dispatched." This was over two weeks ago. No delivery. No refund. He will be going to Paypal.

Are you seriously telling me we now have 2 (or perhaps 3) missing parcels ? All three of us regularly buy online, Ebay as well as trade miniatures (and other products) and have never had any problems with the postal system before.

When ordering from a small "hobby" retailer I can accept long delivery times and excuse slow communications. I don't accept being lied to.

I've supported all but one of your crowdfunding campaigns - not with big orders because to be honest i have more epic stuff from back in the 1990s than i ever really need, especially for the ranges you produce. But i saw you were doing good things for the hobby and wanted to at least show some support. I didn't get involved with the last one simply because at the time I had an order from your website outstanding for over 2 months (which eventually came good about 4 weeks later.)

More importantly I have promoted your company to all of the new players i meet. Thankfully the three who made big orders both went elsewhere (and received their deliveries within 2 weeks, even the one from the US.) The three of us like me filling in gaps from old collections who have ordered from Trouble Maker have all been burned on all 3 orders. Most importantly I feel like i have let my friends down recommending you.

This is not a big order (£56) but do you really expect anyone of us now to trust you with anything bigger ? Equally it shouldn't really be that hard to either fulfil or pro-actively issue an apology and/or refund rather than have to drag it out of you. Hobby time is tight and i don't appreciate having to spend it writing long messages to chase orders (4 on this order alone myself.) Some honesty and apologies would go a long way. As I've said time and time again, your products are good, whenever i show people my TMG stuff there is a lot of interest, but I'm not really surprised you are having struggling to make the webstore work if you keep biting the hand which feeds you.

It has gone beyond the point where a note saying "all previous orders will be fulfilled" means anything anymore. As you can tell by the time its taken for me to get to this point i am not someone who gets angry easily but the principal here is what has pissed me off most. We expect a refund by end of play Monday or we will be looking to taking it further.

Happy to give a refund just let me know where to send the cash.
Please send back the models if they arrive as we've now sent you multiple boxes.

So yesterday at 15.46 I get a PM on Tacccoms - quote in full :

You should have a refund in from my personal account.

My friend "F" received a PayPal message at 16.35pm again stating his "order has been sent but would be still like a refund?" As with his multiple emails 2 weeks ago, he said yes. Still no refund.

My friend "M" (the initial subject of this post) has had no message and no refund.

For the sake of certainty I have also checked my own PayPal which has no outstanding orders to TMG but just in case - No transfer there too.

With the absence of any receipt of transaction or ref No ( let alone proof of order/dispatch/postage) the PM is difficult to believe.

I don't like giving anyone a kicking in public but FFS ! Do you think we don't talk to each other!?
