Hi

I am looking for a good and easy tutorial on a nice looking APC I can use for my guard do you know any?

The APC is asap because I need to build and paint 7 of those for an event that I am organizing if you have any other cool tutorials for different units please throw the link in as well if it is not too complicated I will use it in the future :)

Thanks!

But I don't want to buy them I want to make them.
If there is no tutorial I guess I will have to make up my own via trial and error

Would you be scratch-building using plastic, or building a 3D model and printing it?

plastic and green stuff.

If you have parts for one, you can use instamold or a similar product to make molds, and use green stuff to make complete vehicles. Same goes for a scratchbuild - construct one, then copy it. I had pretty good results with chimera made from hellhound hulls (pics on my IG blog "the other guys").

Gun barrels are very hard to replicate with this method though.

Well ... if you want to make it yourself ... Are you looking for an APC like the M113 or FV 432 ? Or an IFV like an M2 Bradley or BMP ? Tracked, Wheeled or even Grav/GEV/ACV ? A Wheeled APC like a BTR ? I commanded a US M113 Mech Co. back in my youth, '87-'89 ... so I know my way around APCs ... 8)

I keep the GHQ site in my FAVs ... it has all types of vehicles from WWII to present ... you can always find something for ideas, etc. ... ;)
