So ShapeWays is having a special up until the 14th that I'm hoping to take advantage up. $20 in future credit if you buy one of your designs. Here's where I'm currently at. Up next is details, panel lines, rivets and tracks. Attachment: It's based on the E40k ones, not a down-sized 40k, as I wanted it to be as close as possible to those. |

maybe if you accidentally print off a few too many of these you could stick em in this trade we have on the slow burn? ![]() |

Tracks are on, rivets and details next. Attachment: I'll see how much they'll cost kyuss, more than likely they'll get cast. Edit: Heh, ya. FUD is $7 so I'll be casting. |

Looks like they passed the manual checks, so they're off to the printer. I broke off the track guards so I could make a conversion sprue forthe metal tracks I currently have. I also put a heavy stubber hatch on there. Rather than try to print and, subsequently, cast the barrel I left a small recession. My plan is to cut and glue staples in there, that'll hopefully be more durable. Attachment:

Love the idea of adding your own barrels, god knows I spend enough time drilling out pewter ones to replace with brass anyway. Like them without track guards but overall, very nice! |
