Three heavy tank concepts based on a widened Churchillian Chassis.

Triple Mortar, Heavy Transport, Heavy MLRS.

Not sure about the triple mortar. Where does it keep it's ammo? would a turntable make more sense?

The very front seems to be missing something - a heavier bit of armour or something between the two machine guns? Symetry based on three looks better than two.

I too think that a single mortar, with a turntable would work better. Would be more sensible.

The MLRs and Transports are nice...

Could even think of a Long range artillery version ?

As an accessory, an additional tow carriage would be nice, specially if it could be customized with various loads (fuel, ammunitions, field artillery...).

Do you plan to use as many rivets on all human vehicles ? So much of these make them look a bit too ramschakle to me (ie : Orkish). Not as shocking on ground vehicles as on planes though.

Was thinking the same, maybe it only needs two mortars. They can be spaced out more and since I assume they are loading from inside, would give the guys and ammo a more realistic amount of room.

They all look sweet though.

Ammo would be kept internally, there's actually a fair bit of depth to the hull (see attached pic).
A turntable would be much wider I suspect, and wouldn't fit on the hull.

There is a bit of armour there, see other picture. Should I make it more obvious?

The rivets actually come out very small after the casting process has happened. They're about 25% the size of the rivets I've used on Skinnerz vehicles.

I assume the mortars load from the underside then rather than a breech at the back, otherwise the one at the back of the vehicle would need people outside to open the breech.

Yep, the breeches are meant to be internal autoloaders that load from the underside of the rear part of the barrel (concealed within the hull).

The transport and mlrs look great, but I'll have to join the sceptical chorus on the triple mortar.

Don't change a thing, mate. I've been needing a triple superheavy for a specific technology orientated army for a while now and so far no suitable proxy has ever come close. That being said, add a third option for a single barreled howitzer for those that don't need a siege vehicle. Add a fourth for an AA flak super heavy.

Well as long as we're wishlisting, I'd love to see a version that drops the mortars for an extendable launch gantry and intermediate range ballistic missile. When you care enough to send the very best.
