What CURRENTLY AVAILABLE 2mm rules are there for ww2 sov vs naz tank action?
I have had a google and the few links i looked at either led to sites that are no longer found or pdfs that don't open once downloaded.

I would recommend Blitzkrieg Commander. It’s scale-neutral and works very well with 2/3mm scale figures.

I'm looking at end of war conflict just between Germans and Russians, would i have to get lots of supplements or is it all in one set?

All in one, the army lists are in the back of the book. I recommend BKC2 over 4.
