Well to queue in with the others, I also have started to paint some of the lovely O8 stuff. I will use these with Hind Commander (which uses single basing) but dont want to move 200+ units all one by one. And I may use the Modern Spearhead rules on these, so for keeping it simple I just went with "what looks nice". Bonus: Everything I will paint in the near future may also be used via Team Yankee (apart from me using M1A1 instead of M1s and Apache instead of Cobras for now)
I opted for regular Desert Camo on the tanks and aircraft black on the Apache, most pics I found on the net had them either painted in Helicopter Olive greenish or Black. Since I dont own the matching colour on the olive but wanted to paint the fella, I went with Black. I will probably go with 4/4 each colour variant. Now some pics:
