Hello there!

Inspired by the chaos ship names we came up with in kr00zer's list I thought we could do a similar thing for imperial vessels. Basically the idea would be to have a pool of suitable names in case we need to personalize a ship and had a mntal block on the issue (or simply for the fun of doing it ;) )

Well, here comes a small list of names I came up in 10-15 minutes or so. I suppose I have taken some of those fromofficial and unofficial sources but I ddn't mean to :) Let's see if you can add more stuff to the list (sure you can, but to annoy you so you reply, lol)

Erm...

I'm rubbish with names. ?The ones I think up, I've usually heard of before somewhere, like;

Emporer's Zeal ?(that definantly sounds familiar)
Rightous Fury (is that in the BB?)

And so on.

Enterprise has a long and established career as a vessel through history. It is also the name of a NASA shuttle.

Invincible is indeed a UK carrier, and class of carrier.

Not many, but I can't think of any right now!

I suppose their is nothing stopping you using names from Star Trek and programs like that. I think I might do that myself!

Nice fleet Stormseer, how many points is that? It looks about 6000-7000. Am I right?

It makes my fleet look pathetic...but I have an Emperor battleship in mine!

Sorry I haven't been actively posting, I tend to get lurky sometimes. Anyways, here's my fleet list and names.

Black Nova - Mars

Lance of Orome - Lunar
Fist of Tulkas - Lunar
Apollo's Fury - Dictator
Eye of Helm - Dictator
Hammer of Aule - Gothic
Creaui Angelus - Dauntless
Holy Redeemer - Dauntless

Ensis Sqdrn - Swords

I'm going to be getting two blisters of Firestorms, two blisters of cobra's, and three cruiser boxes to fill my fleet out more. I won't be getting these for a few months though.

Yeah- people underestimate escorts... If you have a nice opponent.. (read- one who isn't going to fire off waves of attack craft each turn ?:L ) ...they can be good fun to use.... How many opponents like that do ya get tho?! ?:;):

Xenocide
Sword of Faith
Hammer of Justice
Deviant Bane
Cleansing Fury

Avenging Angel (hmm, maybe escort squadron Avenging Angels)
