Hi there. Is anyone writing rules for Tau in the Epic 40K rules, or do you know where they might be some already? |

The "playtest" list can be found on the Specialist Games site (www.specialistgames.com). The current version is 4.1. Version 4.2 is being worked on. |

Breotan, netewpic is correct. I was after a list and rules for the previous game system, Epic 40K. I liked the system, although the balance wasn't great. |

Okay, I got the systems mixed up, but still you should be able to extrapolate enough from the unit stats in the E:A test list to get a basic army list together for E:40k. I wouldn't expect to see anything "official" for E:40k, though. |

Come on, you people consider yourselves Epic experts??? The rules for the Tau in Epic 40k were released in Epic Magazine issues #9 and #10, based on what was released from Forge World. Good luck fielding them. When I did the math on what it would take to field a 500 point army, it came to around $130 I think. Screw that, I'm goin home. . . |

Well, as the thread is now returned to live .... The Links above do not work anymore, as specialist-games is out of business. The Firepower Mag 9 & 10 isn't easily availible. Is there still a link or a way to get to the Epic (3ed Edition) Tau Rules? My Goolge Fu is mighty, but i was not able to find them. |

The partial Tau list from Epic #9 can be found here - http://www.multiupload.com/Z3LNVNI52X I don't know about the second part (#10). I'd be interested to see it if anyone finds it. |
