Has anyone got the sizes of these or can anyone scan the component parts. Also, same for counters, blast markers and templates. I'd like to get the full set cut if possible.

I had these made for me by warbases in the UK. Its just 2 numbered dials.... Email them with what you want and they will knock them up for you. They only cost me about 1.50 each. The "covers" I made on word, and printed out then glued on.
