Well here goes nothing again.
I will try to get 15 troop stands/7.5 tanks (!) per month done, without any strict adherence to army lists etc., as I will have to paint whatever comes to hand. However, all models will be 6mm and Imperial or allied to the Imperium for the occasion of the great siege of Dyspepsia Prime. My aim here is to counter my current burn-out from work, so this might be a bit erratic.
My focus will be on marines, IG and knights, with possibly some Ad Mech stuff; and most if not all models will be vehicles.
Preview:
1) pre-TOEG - I already have a handful of models ready, will either cheat
with these and include them when I cannot make up the numbers or ( 
) take a few pics and show them here at the start. 2) January - I did luckily finish 3 knights on the first of the month, so I'm counting those!
I'll be taking knights as tanks, even though they're heavier, so 1 = 2 infantry stands. I will probably have knights + tanks in January3) February - More knights + Drop pods (1 pod = 2 infantry?)
4) March - tanks
5) April -
