I have decided to try a ToEG again, 2012 was a lot of fun, and i didnt post a 2013 edition... This year will be Iron warriors. I really have enjoyed the fluff surrounding this legion and the Honsou story arc. The idea of a tank based CSM army is appealing. I will also start by saying that other board members have provided some impressive armies that although I am not trying to copy, they are supreb influence. In regards to models, I have some bits left over from my space egyptians and khorne armies which will help. |

thanks for the kind words. Quick question - does anybody know of a silver spray paint available in UK that doesnt suck? (do not use halfords acrylic silver - thick gloopy rubbish) |

I hear good stuff about Army Painter Plate Mail Metal and Gunmetal primers. I swear by their Uniform Grey and two types of Red primers from person use. |

Thanks for the info guys - I will check them out. I dont really have a plan at the moment for this army, just create and paint what I fancy. A 3000 pt usable army is the final goal. Fingers crossed. First up - Armoured assault company - 6 chaos vindicators - 250 pts - A warsmith - 50 pts. Total so far 300 pts. (1 core choice, 1 upgrade) The warsmith model idea is taken from a board member, cannot find the thread at the moment to reference. |
