Hi all!
I've decided to participate this year, since I have a habit of driving my usual opponents nuts with half-/unpainted miniatures.
Army of choice is going to be Chaos; I want to give them a Word Bearers look, although I am using the Black Legion list.
I already have a few painted miniatures, which I will show here. I am not sure yet if I want to post a 3000 points army and stick to painting that, or choose 500 point detachments each month, as the whim takes me (do you say it like that?).

I've decided to put basic/preliminary information about the project here, instead of into the threat. WIP of the actual painted miniatures for ToEG will be put in the threat.
This will be about my army/the miniatures I usually play and what I am most likely going to paint for the challenge.
My standard army always has Terminators, a Death Wheel, Feral Titan and 2 -3 formations of Space Marines.
I top this off with adding an Obliterator here and there, flyers, Defilers, sometimes tanks and daemon beasts (I usually play Undivided).
From this list, the Titan and the Death Wheel, 4 bases of Terminators and 3 stands of Obliterators are already painted. For the rest I usually use unpainted miniatures (tanks, Defilers), or (Chaos) Space Marines that I bought off ebay ages ago which came painted. I am not too fond of the paintjob, but they are painted, which is more than I can say about most of my own stuff.
So the plan is to finish the Terminators first (2 bases), then start off with daemon infantry and Chaos Space Marine infantry. Defilers are also top of the list. After that, I may be going for Decimators or start painting some tanks. What is also on my list is finishing building my Banelord and Ravager Titans.
I'll take some pictures of my already painted stuff and the ones I bought painted, maybe tomorrow.

ok so here's pictures of what is already painted. I aim to improve future pictures by buying additional lamps, hope it helps. Currently I am not too happy with the quality of the pics. I also seem to always get the distance of camera-miniature wrong somehow.
