Well, first things first my record in this type on endeavor suck! I've entered at least 3, if not more, of this style of thing and never progressed any of them very far! This time will be different maybe! So Tyranids it is as I have a supply of sprus and metals and should be able to add up to around 6,000 points. Now not all of the models will be GW, hence my hive fleet name. I'm not going to post an organized plan, as that never works for me. Instead early each month I'll decide on what to paint and see if that works better. For consistency I'll use the TC lists as my points guide and month one I'll aim to get my dominatrix completed. This isn't a GW model and is something I want to use in an alternative game so the motivation is increased! In conjunction I'll start basing up all the gaunts so may get a test paint of a couple of those done too. Pictures to follow. |

I'll say this now, there will be no clever tweaks to the models. I will be using them to play both Epic and Hordes so they have to stay as is for Hordes. My hatred of painting is such that unless I have a reason models don't get painted. To try and start to modify models is beyond my interest levels! |

This is why i do other stuff while painting, painting is boring but watching TV/films, listing to the radio, chatting online, playing computer games etc while painting makes it much more fun
