I picked up a bunch of the GZG drones last year for Gruntz but they've already been diverted to the Epic queue. Here's a scale photo (on a 25mm ply disc) against a Beast of Nurgle and a standard 20mm base of CSM.

Would you mind taking a scale comparison pic of them next to a Marine and/or Rhino please? :)

My painting time has been lost due to a new job but being able to pay bills and buy new toys more than makes up for that. After a sojourn in Perth I'm currently working in Somerset. Companies still paying accommodation so its all good.

My painted formation for the month. Horrors of Tzeentch. I've been painting up sprues of stuff but the number of models needed for a Net Epic formation means I haven't completed any. The Pink Horrors are the Warmaster critters while the Blue horrors are Glue Gun glue. ;D Painted up it's acceptable and I haven't seen a better proxy. Hopefully somebody will start producing Daemonic cthuloid critters at some point so I can replace these. Equally they are some of the cheapest models I've ever made.

Ebays been surprisingly good to me. I have 8 Warhounds and 2 Reavers coming to me............
Expensive but I'm in work and apparently will be until Christmas or when I get sick of the driving and find work closer to home but of shorter duration whichever happens first. Driving around Birmingham is not the most fun way to spend Friday evening after all. Equally it means I can splurge on Ebay........
Money or Time you'll always have one and not the other......
I've also finished this. Verum Soritias Nurgle warlord.

It's an old Beetle back with a Nurgle Plaguebearer head and banner. The Multiple Rocket Launchers are Searchlights with Whirlwind rockets an idea I stole out of Incoming. The guns are Imperial Guard Autocannons chopped about and with skull weapons barrels they can be used for any pair of guns I feel like within reason as they're fairly generic. Currently I'm thinking Quake Cannon or Deathstorm Cannon with the idea that rather than shells it uses poison gas to ignore the cover. The Milliput buboes are egg sacs or something yicky like that.

I received these from the mystical lands of Ebay

8 Warhounds and 2 Reavers. Wonderful. They're all having a Dettol bath as its the safest most effective paint stripper. One of these guys didn't need striping at all and I assembled him with a couple of trophy racks.

Not the most chaosy and converty of titans but a nice simple provider of long range anti-tank firepower with his twin turbo-laser destructors. Current thinking is he's Tzeentchy.

This is my Defiler based around GZG spider mech legs and an Ork battlewagon. Weapons are a skeleton arm with watch part buzz saw and an Aoshima Torpedo turret.

Speaking of things based upon Ork Battlewagons

First of all I've got Aequus mighty Lord of Change painted for your delight. I do own the newer version so he'll probably get used mostly as a Daemon Prince.

He is a bit flat mind.

I've also got a group of Dark Realm Miniatures Malcore beasts done for my Spawn.

This gives me two small cards at least this month.

Went to the Joy of 6mm show in Sheffield and brought some new toys a bunch of ancient greek legendary critters from Rapier Miniatures plenty of proxy possibilities and very cheap. I picked up Harpies, Minotaurs (earmarked for Ogryns), Ettins, Cyclops, Chimera and Griffins. The Basilica is from Timecast Miniatures and will make an excellent Imperial Cathedral for my Word Bearers to defile.

I've discovered my FLGS Wargames Emporium stocks C-in-C's Science Fiction range. I've picked up some Civilians and am now considering whether to use them as a basis for my PDF mainly due to the fact I've seen them. I know several manufacturers visit these forum and must admit the ability to see models makes them impulse buys rather than considered purchases. The Joy of 6mm has also awakened a desire in me for fantasy 6mm gaming anybody know any good rulesets. Equally it will involve persuading an opponent but the ability to produce proper horde size forces must tempt any megalomaniac.

Got the final Daemons for 3 to a base done this weekend. I'm using 20mm squares as most of my original force came on them and these look better for irregular horde troops.
