I have yet to participate in one yet, so i think i will this year. I have a big project i'm going to start working on have some painted already. So sooner the better

dunno. If enough people want to start now I think a start date of April 1st would be best (I know, I know ). This gives time to drum up interest and get a good block of people together to start off at once, rather than coming in in dribs and drabs. Having a lot of people working in parallel is one of they key things that sets ToEG apart from regular plogs. People who are already ready can get logs up and start planning, preping minis, testing paint schemes etc, whatever works. All depends on if enough people interested in starting that soon?

Personally ill probably be out again if we start now or April, my figure case is currently full of 6mm fantasy and little/no hobby time . That said i would reallly like to get back into painting … Anyway, my personal time constraints are not a reason not to go now if there is wider interest.

How about a bit more notice so that we can get everyone together. How about July 1st? That gives us a few months to get ready and consistent with prior years.
