Whoo-hoo! New stuff arrived in the mail...

These will be traitor chimeras and the Plague Tower... just need to Nurgle them up a bit. ;D

Got some other goodies, but I'm making myself paint this stuff first before opening.

Been looking at some of the DW stuff myself to use in a squat army. Like the idea for use as nurgle tanks, might be stealing that idea ;D

Took a break from the infantry to do a test model for the tanks. I wanted to keep the plague bit kind of subtle, so I molded just two small areas of "infection" on the tank.

Also forgot to make tracks in the mud behind the tank... DOH! Maybe it's just very hard-packed ground...

That is very nice indeed! Might have to add a few not-Leman Russes to my cult... Instead of track marks, you could always add a trail of slime. You can never have enough slime, you know. Or tentacles...

Agreed! The infestation looks remarkably eerie yet subtle. Sometimes less is more. Well done!

Looks great though I'd rust up the tracks a bit. :)

Ok, February's goal might have been a bit steep... I only finished 3 units:

- 1 Unit of Traitor Chimeras: 150
- 2 Units of Traitor Hellhounds: 300

So 450 points total. I did manage to base up the unit of mutants and big mutants, they just need some paint. So maybe those will be this month. It's tough to back to painting infantry when you've got lots of tanks laying around!

I've decided not to Nurglify every unit. Some will show some corruption, but the backstory will be that this is a very recent treason. That way some units still get to look shiny. ;D

Here are the flame tanks. Really happy with the way the greenstuff flames came out.

Very nice. I'd consider weathering them up quite a bit though. More rust and less neat makes them proper nurgly.

Ok, last month didn't get much done, but so far April is shaping up pretty well. Got another coven painted, got some basilisks, and got some big muties done.

Very nice! Clean and crisp and nice bases. I suppose the coven looks a bit less intense with only three models per stand, but I do understand the motivation to keep to that number.
