The chains are from a local jewelry store... They looked suitably Necronish...

The chains look great! How did you get them to "pose"?

Posing them was very easy. The square chain shape has enough rigidity that the individual links "lock" under gravity. So I just put the whole model upside down, posed the chains and then dribbled superglue (GF9) along the entire chain. The glue is fluid enough that it soaks into the links and dries there. No residue left on the visible parts of the chain (the chains are unpainted and just washed with Badab Black once).

More "brass belt adornment" madness. Tomb Complex and regular objectives.

Final "mass models". Now just some vehicles and everything is done.

Excellent all round.

Really should get round to my, now very behind, ToEG stuff.

Easy breezy Necrons. The Obelisks will require some Green Stuff work for the corners but then everything will be done (except those two Harvester Engines that still need to be scratchbuild - I would pay a premium for a ready-made Warbarque and/or Aeonic Orb...)

Scratchbuilding the Aeonic Orb now while the Monoliths are in the last painting stages. The end is in sight.

Down to two models before the army is completed. The Aeonic Orb is in the Greenstuff stage. Still hoping to get a cast of a Warbarque rather than having to do one myself. Anybody?

How soon do you want it? I'm stalled, but could probably finish the master within the week; after that I'd just have to figure the molding out, so maybe two weeks? I've had it on hold for too long.

As a reminder, this is what I'm looking to do:

This is where I am, plus the detailing on the runners IIRC:

THe background is an Abbatoir frame I need to redo (the top angles are all wrong, to paraphrase Lovecraft).
