If they only harvest for experiments, this seems ... Not logical. Wouldn't be a few million body's be enough for that, aka one colonie? Why do they still call some machines "harvester engines"? It made sense when harvesting was in fact the primary reason for going to war. But now i can't s... |

I'm confused about the New fluff. Do Necrons still harvest? It's mentioned in the new codex as well, but nothing more. What are Necrons harvesting? Souls? If (still) yes, why? |

Hi, is this your stuff? I just finished reading it. What i can say is, that we as well piled up the houserules till we literaly had our own version of the game. Still it's a neverending story and we still tweak something after about every 2-3 games. I hate the you-go-I-go system and we dropped it co... |

Hi, i build 3 of those today, sticking to your guide. They are great, thanks a lot! They wait to be painted now. While they are finished i had serious trouble with one step: How did you do the diagonal grooves ? I could not use the saw, as i would have damaged the upper part. I could not use a file ... |

Hi, i ordered some edenites a few month ago and live in germany. It took about 3 weeks before the order arrived. It's the same with other vendors as well, so my experience is to expect to wait for about 3 weeks. |

Suggesting on the 10+ thingy: In your case i would choose the route of saying: No hit possible. It is unlikely enough to hit with a 1 in 10. You don't need the added complexion in my opinion. What you COULD add would be a special rule for some weapons that those weapons always hit on a 10. This way ... |

Hi, I did read your rules. Some thougths out of my head. - You roll a d10 to score a 10+. You have a rule that if you can't score a 10 (because you got a -1 for example) you may still hit if you roll a 10 followed by a 4+. While this may work in terms of chances, i don't see that this rule is needed... |

The rules for Titan Fire Arcs and Combining Assaults and FIrefights you mentioned are in use in our group, they work fine. Espacilly the Fire Arcs feel more right this way. And Firefights /Assaults are speed up. |

No, i certainly will not ignore them. We play a mix of the rules of E:A and Epic 40.000 anyway, so your comment ist welcome. It is after all a solution. |

We have an issue with blast markers and war engines. With certain war engines just a few blast markers (1-2) are enough, to completely negate the firepower of the war engine. And some war engines have long ranged weapons and short ranged weapons(ex. shadowsword). If only the long ranged weapon is in... |

Yes, this would work. In our house rules we alternate the fire orders of the detachments. This is still not simultanous but it is a little bit closer. I think it's a matter of taste but considering the amount of fire going on i estimate it would be too much administration to keep track of all soon t... |

Adding new units is another thing then changig existing units. If you change existing units you have a harder time to convince other players to play with your house rules. I'm just saying if you change existing units you should be sure it is for the better. While the last addition puts a stop to my ... |

The problem is rather that who ever shots first annihaltes the other formation, without (significant) comeback. If both formations would fire at the same time the kill ratio wouldn't be any problem. However, that is what the assault/firefight is doing. I have no solution for this issue. In our games... |

I see issues with this rule in fluff and in gameplay. In fluff to my knowledge they do short range teleports, while 30cm in epic are far from being short range. The distance they could teleport would be rather about 2 cm(but more often then once during a turn). In gameplay you have several issues. S... |
