Yeah, if anything the Iron Hands are probably stronger than their Chaos brethren. Lots of Devestators and neat things like Bombards, plus their regen is 5+ not 6. I think they'll be quite a handful to fight against. |

They are quite similar to the Chaos Iron Warriors in many ways. I've played IW a lot and they are very effective and hardy. Generally move forward, take the important objectives then sit on them and grind the opposition to paste seems to work best for them. |

Grudgekeeper is deliberate. It is an uber unit so a higher VP was applied.
Ram VP should be 3.
Observation Balloon description should read "for every 2", you are correct. |

Well, clearly Light Artillery is still Artillery. No Artillery may snap fire (exceptions may be noted in the unit rules e.g. Tarantula). |
