Someone found out they were having twins, and sneaked in their last pot of quickshade before finances meant they couldn't paint anymore.

I didn't know that about the 3 books and 3 factions. That's why I don't play 40k with any regularity anymore. Someone bought me a gift of the Genestealer cult book. Less than a year later, and its useless for gaming. I didn't buy any of the other books in the past year or so. With the money saved fr...

If you don't need a high detail level(unlikely, but anyway) you could look for someone who could 3D print it for you.

Hi there, I have a couple of questions. I've read through the whole thread, but I think I missed a couple of things along the way. 1: Postage was problematic last time I looked, as I would be shipping to within Europe(Ireland). Last time I looked I figured it would be cheaper to wait till after the ...

Really enjoyed the write up about Adepticus Titanicus. Didn't read much else to be honest, as that was all I was interested in. @schoon, doing a reddit AMA(ask me anything) is a popular thing for celebs of various sizes to do lately. It's basically an opportunity for people to ask you all kinds of q...

I looked in the Onslaught Terran section but didn't see the PPF Supressors. Was just browning around, but thought you might want to know.

That looks... really fake.
Like, even the & font is not the same as the one for '&' Necromunda.

My suggestion would be that you work out price/points categories for a few things, and put then in bands. 50 Points, 100 Points,150 Points and so on. The army packs allow you to submit a list after the campaign totaling up to 600pts. The plus side is that everyone can get what they want, if they ple...

Yeah, really sorry for that Jimmy. Didn't realise how expensive postage would be, and would want to be buying a lot more for it to be worthwhile.

Glad you still have offers.

That's brilliant, thanks! I've been looking for 6mm 3D printing stuff, and this fits the bill.

If anyone else is looking for more 6mm terrain to print, try the '6mm terrain' search term on thingiverse.com
It is almost all sci-fi 6mm.

OK, it seems there is a first class mail options that is only about 12 dollars. Can't see if that covers tracking or not.

Honestly, if I'm paying 25 dollars or more for postage I'll have to bow out as that's too much for my budget right now.

I'd just like to thank everyone who participated in this discussion. I have tried out blender. It is not the easiest thing to work with, but I've managed to convert some stl files to print multiples of smaller pieces, instead of one at a time.

So I have been blessed with a lovely wife who gave me a 3D printer for my birthday. I've played around with it a little, and the quality is decent, but not at the level for most miniatures. I'm wondering what is out there that I can print instead for the 6mm space? I assume it will be almost exclusi...

I really like that you're doing an lower level along with everything else. I look forward to the result. And I can imagine those Age of Tyrants figures will look great based on what you've done so far.
